JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a meticulous and dedicated measurement technician/measurement operator for our quality department in Nybro. In this role, you will work to check, measure, and ensure that our products meet the quality requirements of our customers and the company. You will be an important part of our work to continuously improve processes and products. The work involves a great deal of independence and personal responsibility while being part of a team of employees.

Examples of tasks:

• Perform measurements and inspections of components
• Use manual and advanced measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges, coordinate measuring machines)
• Document measurement results and deviations
• Participate in inspections and final checks
• Contribute to the development of measurement methods and quality assurance routines

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment, with good opportunities for permanent employment. Working hours are during the day. You will report to the quality manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Suitable background:

• Experience in measurement technology within industrial manufacturing
• Ability to read technical drawings and a good understanding of tolerances
• Knowledge of measurement software (such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar)
• Meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Swedish in speech and writing, English is an advantage
